(A) Applocation Processes
1. Application Requirements
To facilitate the application process, please ensure the following:
- Complete Documentation
All documents listed in the application form must be submitted in full. Incomplete submissions will result in delays or non-processing of the registration. - Certified True Copy (CTC)
Documents such as Identity Card (IC), Certificates, and Transcripts must be certified as true copies. Certification can be obtained from:
- Grade A government officers
- School principals
- Village JKK Chairmen
- District Heads
- Elected representatives
- Oaths commissioners
2. Registration Process Timeline
- Processing Time
Registration will take 3-5 working days after all required documents are verified and complete. - Conditional Offer Letter
While the registration is being processed, a Conditional Offer Letter will be issued. - Official Offer Letter
Upon successful completion of the registration process, students will receive
- An Official Offer Letter
- A Learning Management System (LMS) ID
3. Payment Submission
All applications must include the registration fee payment (to UGM) at the time of document submission. Applications without proof of payment will not be processed.

4. EPF Withdrawal Letter
For students requesting the EPF withdrawal letter, the processing time is 5-7 working days
after the registration is finalized.

- APEL.A students need to complete all the process and obtain an email of completion from MQA for the registration.
